In a category where instalment payments are a standard feature offered by every retailer, COMFY approached us with a clear challenge: how do you differentiate a functional financial tool when everyone communicates it the same way? The objective was to turn a rational payment option into an emotional brand asset.

That’s how “Payment in Shchastynas” was born. “Shchastynamy” comes from the Ukrainian word happiness (“shchastia”) and intentionally rhymes with “chastynamy,” which means “in instalments.” So instead of simply saying “Payment in Instalments,” we created a playful linguistic twist that reframed the mechanic emotionally. Not paying in parts — but paying in happiness. The wordplay allowed us to transform a functional financial term into a distinctive, ownable brand platform — shifting the perception from credit mechanics to a feeling of ease and good fortune.

We created a distinctive brand character and deployed it consistently across all touchpoints: TVCs, digital banners, in-store communication, website, app, and price tags. Post-launch, the Snail evolved from a campaign asset into a long-term brand device.

Create a promo video for Ukrainian and Eastern Europe's largest tech event for tech geeks, product managers, business analysts, entrepreneurs, and startup founders. IT Arena, and update the image of Arina, who is a symbol of the project from year to year.

In that year everybody started talking about the humanity of technology. We think that humanity should be the new tech trend. We decided to show humanity through the image of a person who, like each of us, has two wolves in their soul. They who battle in you trying to get the main role.

The transformation of a person over the years is shown in accordance with the periods, the shooting of which was done on various cameras popular at the time: on the film Canon 514 xl, on the cassette Handycam Sony Handycam DCR-TRV260 Digital-8 Camcorder, on the digital cameras Sony HDR-PJ380 and Sony alpha a7sII, to the Sony Ericsson TXT phone camera.

Tell the story of Comfy's birthday discounts through an animated video.

We took inspiration from handmade children's greeting cards, creating one from scratch and placing two original characters inside. They congratulate Comfy on its birthday and directly announce discounts of up to 50% and delivery for just 1 UAH.

That year, the topic of future technology was top of mind. Based on this, we created the tagline: The future is inside. Investigating this, we understand that only the ones who dare to look deeper can find out the truth.
Arina this time became a guide who helps to find the answer to the question.

In the video format, we showed how a person travels through the centuries in search of the future that is inside.
